Shipping policy

We ship all over South Africa. Our Shipping Rates are location based. 

Our orders will be processed and dispatched within 5 business days of being received.

Once you receive an email with freight detail, you will be able to track your order. If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks of dispatch, or received an email saying it's been delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at sales@mamamacs.co.za as soon as possible to inform us so we can investigate further.
