I thought I knew rusks. This isn't a rusk, this is a lifestyle, an addiction!

It's healthy enough to make you feel virtuous, but buttery enough that you don't feel punished for it. Perfect with double espresso at 6am,and perfect for chamomile at 9pm.

These rusks don't last long at our household.
