Refund policy
After your item is delivered, the courier is not permitted to accept goods for return.
Don't hesitate to contact us at anneke@mamamacs.co.za or phone us at +27 23-3134338 if you are unhappy with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged we will conduct an investigation to determine where in the supply chain the item was damaged and handle the refund/replacement accordingly.
Mamamac’s unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for gross negligence by couriers in the delivery of your item.
Please keep in mind that the below is applicable:
- The items are still within their best-before date.
- Items are not altered in any way.
- The goods you are returning are still sealed in their original packaging, which you still have.
Please keep in mind that baked goods deteriorate once opened. We do not take responsibility for the quality and freshness of opened products.
