Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — we ship across South Africa.

What does shipping cost?

Western Cape: R90 on orders under R1000.
Rest of South Africa: R120 on orders under R1000.
All orders over R1000 ship for R50.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on the way.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.

What is your refund and returns policy?

If you're unhappy with your purchase, email anneke@mamamacs.co.za or call +27 23 313 4338. Returns are accepted on items that are still within their best-before date, unaltered, and sealed in their original packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email anneke@mamamacs.co.za or call +27 23 313 4338 as soon as you can. We'll investigate where in the supply chain the damage occurred and handle the refund or replacement accordingly.

How are your biscuits and rusks made?

Hand-rolled, hand-cut, and baked in our bakery in Prince Alfred's Hamlet — 10 km from Ceres.

Do you use preservatives?

No added preservatives. We bake the old-fashioned way with quality ingredients, patience, and care.

How should I store them, and how long do they keep?

Stored in an airtight container, our biscuits and rusks keep for 4 weeks to 3 months, depending on the product.

Once opened, baked goods deteriorate naturally — keep them sealed and dry for the best texture and flavour.

Are your products Halaal certified?

Yes — Mamamac's products are Halaal certified.

Do you do wholesale?
